Amy Thomas is a dance fitness instructor, dance instructor, performer and choreographer born in Thompson, Manitoba with 5 seasons of Adult Dance Programming. She has trained locally under DIDW Founder & Faculty member Maria Anne Rawluk as well as The Heels Method founder Orielle Marcus.

Maribeth Tabanera aka Kilusan is a queer Filipinx femme multi-disciplinary educator, artist, and community organizer as well as a second-generation settler on Treaty No.1.
As life-long learner, Maribeth has been focusing energy into diving deeply within the passions of dance, music, education, social justice and community building. Maribeth is a full-time Internship Coordinator at Seven Oaks Met School and Maples Met School in the Seven Oaks School Division, and an instructor with Graffiti Art Programming and is also currently a member of Kultivation Festival, Seven Oaks Filipino Employees Association and Manitoba Association of Dance Educators.
